- Leadership Assessments is a subsidiary of LEADERSHIP ADVANTAGE, LLC, a leadership and organization development consulting firm founded in 1985. We coach, guide, develop, and support executives by strengthening the leadership skills of self-awareness, self-management, vision, direction, competence, integrity, communication, and resource optimization.

The Founder, David Lassiter:
- An international executive and consultant with 30 years’ experience in leadership coaching, consulting, and organization development.
- 20+ years’ experience and a pioneer in the use of 360 ° assessments and feedback.
- Innovator of the Strategic Team Alignment process for maximizing team growth, development, and performance.
- Broad international experience, having lived and worked in Asia as well as in Europe and the Middle East.
- Dedicated to helping companies achieve sustainable success through ongoing self-evaluation and self-management.
- Holds Masters degrees from both Harvard and Johns Hopkins Universities.
- Prior to establishing Leadership Advantage and Leadership Assessments, he worked with two Fortune 100 companies, Marriott and Freddie Mac, designing and delivering executive and organizational development programs.
