We coach, guide, develop, and support executives by strengthening the leadership skills of self-awareness, self-management, vision, direction, competence, integrity, communication, and resource optimization.

The Founder, David Lassiter:

• Broad international experience, having lived and worked in Asia as well as in Europe and the Middle East.

• Holds Masters degrees from both Harvard and Johns Hopkins Universities.
