The 45-75 page feedback report each person receives clearly defines skill areas, describes a manager’s level of proficiency, displays compiled co-worker ratings and compares them to a manager’s self-rating, identifies strengths and potential barriers to excellent performance, discusses relationships with other skills, and suggests developmental activities where needed.
Easy, on-line administration of the questionnaire takes 15-20 minutes. All aspects of the process are completely confidential.
